BOX OFFICE + TICKETING 101
The Festival Box Office is located at the corner of North Ave NE & Central Park Place NE and will be open during the following times:
- Wednesday 5/1 – Thursday 5/2
11:30am – 7pm
- Friday 5/3 – Saturday 5/4
10am – 10pm
- Sunday 5/5
10am – 9pm
Please bring a valid photo ID in order to pick up your wristbands. If your wristband has been lost, stolen, or damaged, visit the Festival Box Office or Wristband Assistance Tent before entering the festival. There is a $20 wristband replacement fee.

Wristband Activation + Cashless
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate!
You’ll also have the opportunity to register for Cashless – it’s the easy way for you to pay for food, drinks, merch and more with your wristband during the festival.
Bag Search + Safety
Want to get into the fest as quick as possible? Leave your bag AND liquids at home.
If you DO NOT have a bag, please enter through the No Bag Express Lane. If you DO have a bag, please enter through the Bag Lane and expect delays as bags are open for inspection. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Bag size may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” (35cm x 28cm x 12cm), or 30 linear inches (75cm) in total, and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir. Please check the list of prohibited items in advance, listen for the audio announcements and dispose of any item that is not allowed inside the festival.

The entrance also has a dedicated Accessibility Lane. If you have questions about accessibility while on-site please visit the main Guest Services booth near the main entrance or email email@example.com.
Your safety is our top priority. Here are some helpful tips on how to prepare for the fest:
- Have Emergency Contact info on your person and your phone lock screen in case emergency personnel need to know (PRO-TIP: Make sure to register your wristband where you will be asked to fill out an Emergency Contact).
- Remember to stay hydrated (visit our Hydration Stations for free, filtered, cool water) and eat regularly at one of the Food Vendors on site.
- Protect yourself from the sun – take breaks and find shade. Sunscreen lotion, hats, and sunglasses are key.
- Keep yourself and your belongings safe – be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your personal items at all times. Lockers are available for rent near the main entrance. If you find something OR lose something, head to a Guest Services tent for our Lost & Found.
- Bring a list of allergies and medications you take in case of medical emergency.
- Dress for the weather – we’re constantly monitoring the weather. Keep an eye on the radar before heading to the park so you can dress accordingly (rain boots, ponchos, etc).
Shaky Knees Festival wants every fan to feel safe at the fest. We will not tolerate any harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, body size, appearance, age or national origin. If you feel like you’re being harassed, are the victim of nonconsensual touching, or otherwise feel unsafe, please report it to the nearest staff member or go to the Medical tent for help.

Getting to Shaky Knees
Shaky Knees happens in Central Park at 311 North Ave NE, Atlanta, GA. There is no parking at Shaky Knees. We encourage fans to take other eco-friendly transportation, including public transportation, ride sharing, walking and biking.

Getting to the fest:
When you call an Uber, you can use this address as your destination to arrive at the fest: 395 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Getting home from the fest:
To request a ride, exit the festival grounds and follow the signs to the Uber Zone. The Uber Zone is located off of Piedmont Avenue NE between Ralph McGill Blvd. NE and Pine Street – just outside of the West Entrance to the festival.

Bike & Scooter Parking
Scooters and share bikes are prohibited from entering the festival site. Ample bike parking can be found near the entrance by Central Park Place and North Avenue. Be sure to bring your own bike lock! Scooter parking is located just outside of both the Main (North) and West Entrances.
